I was born and raised in New Jersey, and have always had a creative edge to my everyday life. Like so many others, my interest in photography really took off with the arrival of my own children. In fact, Tea & Brie Photography was named after my two little girls. Becoming a mother was easily the biggest event in my life, and being blessed with two little girls was even more special. It was important to me to document the memories that we were creating so that we could cherish them for a lifetime.
By naming my business Tea & Brie Photography, I feel like I bring my girls with me wherever I go. They are one of the driving forces behind my passion, and it is because of them that I picked up my camera again after so many years. I believe that my strong connection with my girls enhances my ability to recognize what moments are special and need to be captured. I am so happy that I found a way to incorporate them, they are a constant reminder to me to relax, be spontaneous, and have fun!
I run my home with the idea that I am a mom first and a photographer second. As my girls grow older, the balance may shift between motherhood and photography since they are both such strong passions in my life. I am so lucky to have my husband, a constant support in my life who helps me through these shifts. Together, as a family, we are experiencing all the amazing little wonders in life.
